Our cattle are 100% Grass Fed and 100% Grass Finished. They never have grain. They never go to a feedlot. Our cattle only eat grass and other forages. In the spring and summer months they are out grazing on pasture. In the winter months they are brought back home and supplemented grass/alfalfa hay.
Quarter Beef: 4 cu.ft. / Half Beef: 8 cu.ft. / Whole Beef: 16 cu.ft.

I6 Cattle Co. offers quarters, halves, and whole beef. As well as ground beef and some smaller beef boxes.
Some standard beef cuts include:

Other: short ribs, stew meat, london broil, flank steak, skirt steak, brisket, tri-tip, soup bones, offal, fat, ground beef

Never. While we occasionally treat sick animals with antibiotics ( we believe it is our obligation to relieve an animal from suffering with antibiotics ) Any cattle that have been treated with antibiotics will never be sold to you. They are removed from our Grass Fed beef program.
