Our beginning really comes down to one simple thing: a love for cattle and agriculture.
What started as a passion quickly became something more as we began raising our own beef and learning just how different it can be when it’s done right.
Along the way, we realized we weren’t the only ones looking for this—people around us wanted real, nourishing food they could trust. That realization is what continues to shape everything we do today.
We’re first-generation ranchers, building this from the ground up. It’s not something we inherited—it’s something we’ve worked for, learned as we go, and continue to pour everything into.
Our cattle are raised the way we believe they were meant to be. They spend their days on pasture, moving through fresh grass, and in the winter they’re fed quality alfalfa and grass hay. Their diet stays simple and natural—mother’s milk, grass, and mineral supplements like kelp and trace mineral salt. We never use growth hormones, antibiotics, or mRNA vaccines.
While caring for the land and animals is a huge part of our mission, establishing long lasting relationships with you our new friends, is also of utmost importance to us!
We believe that how our food is raised matters. Our goal is to leave this land better than we found it and to raise beef you can feel good about bringing to your table.
And we’re truly grateful we get to be a part of that.
